Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were perfect and very quiet, which was ideal for our large family. However, the rooms were unbearably hot despite the controls being set to a minimum temperature. The location was a fair distance from the reception area, and the broken lift made it inconvenient to carry bags/suitcases, especially with young children.
The hotel was a bit of a walk from reception to our room, which was tired and lacked amenities, but it was clean. The service was accommodating overall, with a good breakfast experience. The location is convenient for a stopover on the way to Calais. The dining experience had some issues but offered sufficient options. The hotel lacked some facilities and amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were easily accessible for a handicapped person, which was great, but the single sofa bed was too small for my 9-year-old twins. However, after moving to a room with 2 single beds, the accommodation was fantastic. The distance from reception was a bit inconveniencing, especially arriving late at night, but overall, the value for money was very good.
